Reporting to the Supply & Planning Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the availability of Sephora Collection launches in line with project timelines and market launch dates. You manage the supply of new products and coordinate the various stakeholders to secure the industrial execution of launches.

-Ensure launch availability

-Guarantee the availability dates of new products in line with project timelines.
-Build and manage launch supply plans.
-Ensure the availability of the components and finished products required for launches across the different markets.
-Manage supplier capacity

-Contribute to supplier selection for new projects, taking into account their performance, industrial capacity, and agility.
-Plan production according to supplier workload/capacity alignment and launch requirements.
-Anticipate capacity constraints and identify solutions to secure timelines.
-Supervise and support a work-study student
in their onboarding, skills development, and assignment follow-up.
-Coordinate launch execution

-Ensure the placement and follow-up of orders for new components and finished products.
-Ensure production schedule follow-up with suppliers and internal teams.
-Manage industrial alerts related to launches and coordinate the associated action plans.
-Identify risks of delay and reduce their impact in collaboration with Development, Purchasing, Packaging, Quality, Transport, and Demand Planning teams.
-Guarantee Supply Chain parameters

-Ensure the completion and maintenance of item supply parameters in the ERP in accordance with business rules.
-Define component safety stocks to improve Supply Chain agility and reduce availability lead times.
-Contribute to the continuous improvement of launch supply and planning processes.
-Contribute to Supply Chain performance

-Monitor launch performance indicators and propose corrective actions.
-Carry out the analyses required to improve timeline reliability and product availability.
-Proactively contribute ideas to Supply Chain transformation and process improvement projects.

-A higher education degree at Master’s level, with a specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Production.
-At least 5 to 8 years’ experience in procurement, planning, or Supply Chain project management within an industrial environment.
-An excellent understanding of industrial challenges, supplier capacity, and launch management.
-Recognized for your rigor, organization, and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to coordinate a wide range of stakeholders in an international environment.
-Results-oriented, proactive, and able to anticipate risks.
-Comfortable using ERP tools, ideally SAP, as well as Excel.
-Fluent English is essential.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Approvisionnement & Planification, vous êtes garant(e) de la disponibilité des lancements Sephora Collection dans le respect des plannings projets et des dates de mise sur le marché. Vous pilotez l’approvisionnement des nouveaux produits et coordonnez les différentes parties prenantes afin de sécuriser l’exécution industrielle des lancements.

-Construire et piloter les plans d’approvisionnement des lancements.
-Assurer la disponibilité des composants et produits finis nécessaires aux lancements des différents marchés.
-Piloter les capacités fournisseurs

-Participer à la sélection des fournisseurs pour les nouveaux projets en tenant compte de leur performance, de leur capacité industrielle et de leur agilité.
-Planifier les productions selon l’adéquation charge/capacité des fournisseurs et les besoins de lancement.
-Anticiper les contraintes capacitaires et identifier les solutions permettant de sécuriser les délais.
-Encadrer et accompagner un alternant
dans son intégration, sa montée en compétences et le suivi de ses missions
-Coordonner l’exécution des lancements

-Garantir la passation et le suivi des commandes des nouveaux composants et produits finis
-Garantir le suivi des plannings de production avec les fournisseurs et les équipes internes.
-Piloter les alertes industrielles liées aux lancements et coordonner les plans d’actions associés.
-Identifier les risques de retard et réduire leur impact en collaboration avec les équipes Développement, Achats, Packaging, Qualité, Transport et Demand Planning.
-Garantir les paramètres Supply Chain

-Garantir le renseignement et le maintien des paramètres d’approvisionnement des articles dans l’ERP conformément aux règles métiers.
-Définir les stocks de sécurité composants permettant d’améliorer l’agilité de la Supply Chain et de réduire les délais de mise à disposition.
-Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus d’approvisionnement et de planification des lancements.
-Contribuer à la performance de la Supply Chain

-Suivre les indicateurs de performance des lancements et proposer des actions correctives.
-Réaliser les analyses nécessaires à l’amélioration de la fiabilité des délais et de la disponibilité produits.
-Être force de proposition dans les projets de transformation et d’amélioration des processus Supply Chain.
