Human by nature.Center of Excellence Intern – Your future position?As a Center of Excellence Intern in our Budapest office, you will gain hands-on experience in Project Management Office (PMO), Change Management and Functional Learning.Your main responsibilities:Workshop Support

  • Help organize and deliver workshops.
  • Prepare materials and resources required for workshops.
  • Support facilitation or facilitate workshop sessions and ensure participant engagement.

Quarterly Forums, town halls, events and Community:

  • Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for quarterly forums, town halls and other events.
  • Coordinate logistics and communication with participants.
  • Support facilitation or facilitate sessions and manage participant interactions.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to improve future events
  • Update Ollie pages of CoE and communities.

Content and Training:

  • Support course creation by developing training materials and resources.
  • Help improve the existing knowledge base, including training materials, guidelines, templates.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Research and incorporate best practices and industry standards.
  • Help deploy training sessions for employees.

Training administration:

  • Create training classes in Givaudan’s Learning Administration System
  • Share course information with participants and answer questions
  • Monitor registrations and attendance
  • Record training attendance in the system
  • Improve the quality of training materials

Reports and Dashboards:

  • Gather data and compile regular reports on project, program, portfolio performance and training attendance and registration.
  • Create dashboards to visually represent key metrics and insights.
  • Distribute reports and dashboards to relevant stakeholders.
  • Update community and event databases in Google Groups.

You have:

  • Ongoing/active University or College in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent English level
  • MS office knowledge
  • Previous experience in project management office or related fields is a plus.
