Position Overview
The Change Delivery Manager is responsible for driving and managing change initiatives, ensuring effective planning, communication, and integration of changes as part of a large technology transformation programme.
This role involves working across teams to create clear communications, training, and transition plans with the technology teams and OpCos. The Change Delivery Manager plays a critical role in ensuring OpCo engagement, driving user adoption, and reducing change friction as part of the transformation programme.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
-Drive and manage change initiatives and projects, ensuring effective planning and execution.
-Engage with stakeholders, including OpCos and technology teams, to ensure alignment and buy-in for change initiatives.
-Design and execute change integration plans, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
-Develop and deliver communication plans to support transformation project delivery, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
-Provide training and support to IT teams and OpCos, ensuring they are prepared for changes and can effectively adopt new processes and technologies.
-Ensure OpCo engagement and drive user adoption of new services and changes.
-Monitor and manage the impact of changes, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring continuous improvement.
-Collaborate with the Transformation Lead and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
-Plan the roadmap of service and OpCo migration to minimise the change impact while ensuring the benefits of the transformation programme are received by OpCos.

Experience / Education
You are/have:
-Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an IT team.
-Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a change management related role.
-College diploma or university degree in business, information systems, or a related technical field.
-Experience working in the construction materials or industrial manufacturing sector.
-Proven experience of working in a federated matrix model.
-Professional certifications such as Prince2, PMP, or similar are highly desirable.
