Chartered Town Planner – Chester

The Role
As a Chartered Town Planner, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing expert planning advice to a diverse client base, including landowners, developers, and investors. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing planning applications and appeals across a variety of sectors.
* Providing strategic planning advice to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* Conducting site appraisals and feasibility studies to support project development.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships to deliver exceptional service.
* Collaborating with a talented team of planning and property professionals.
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* RTPI (Royal Town Planning Institute) Chartered status.
* Proven experience managing planning projects, ideally within a consultancy or multi-disciplinary environment.
* Strong knowledge of planning legislation and processes in England.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A client-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
