Descrizione aziendaOur client is an industrial holding operating in varies industries,has commissioned us to search theChief Operating Officer (COO)PosizioneThe Chief Operating Officer (COO), reporting to the Ceo (CEO), will oversee the daily operating industrial process With a focus on driving operational excellence across multiple locations Italy and in the others global foreign plants;Key Responsibilities-will ensure the alignment of all activities with the company’s strategic objectives and support its growth in core markets– Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity across all sites.– Oversee production, procurement, supply chain, and logistics to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery.– Drive business development initiatives in key markets– Collaborate with the executive team to establish and monitor KPIs, ensuring that company objectives are met.– Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.– Ensure respect for the health and safety of workers as well as all aspects of environmental nature (HSE);– Manage budgets and resources to achieve financial goals.– Represent the group in international forums and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.– Ensure compliance with local and international regulations across all operational sites.– Promote sustainability and innovative practices in line with industry trends.RequisitiSkills and QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience:– Proven experience as COO or similar leadership role in an industrial international context.– Strong expertise in operations management– Demonstrated success in managing multiple locations and diverse teams.– Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.– Fluent in English (written and spoken).– Knowledge of the French language is highly desirable.– Familiarity with sustainability practices and innovative operational strategies (ESG).– Experience in high-growth or transformation contexts.Education:– Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Languages:– Mandatory: Fluent English.– Preferred: Proficiency in French.Key Competencies– Leadership and people management skills.– Strong communication and negotiation abilities.– Cultural adaptability and global mindset.– Results-driven with a focus on operational efficiency.– Analytical and decision-making capabilities.Work Environment and Conditions– Hq in Tuscany, Primarily office-based, with regular visits to production sites and partners. with Frequent international travel required to oversee operations and meet stakeholders.Altre informazioniL’annuncio è rivolto ad ambo i sessi (D.lgs n. 198/2006) e nel rispetto di quanto disposto dall’art. 10 del D.Lgs n. 276/2003.
