Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – HealthTech

About the Role

An innovative HealthTech company is looking for a dynamic and hands-on CTO to lead technology development and strategy as they expand into the US market next year. As a key member of the C-suite, you will drive innovation in Data Science, Cloud Development, and Customer Solutions, ensuring cutting-edge product evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

x2705; Lead technology development & strategy in alignment with business goals
x2705; Oversee Data Science, Cloud Development, and Customer Support teams
x2705; Ensure scalability and security of cloud-based solutions
x2705; Work closely with clinical teams to integrate tech solutions
x2705; Collaborate with electronics experts (experience in electronics is a plus, but not a must)
x2705; Travel across Europe when required

What You Bring:

x1F539; Proven CTO or senior leadership experience in HealthTech or SaaS
x1F539; Strong hands-on approach in development & strategy
x1F539; Expertise in data science, cloud architecture, and customer solutions
x1F539; Experience in medical devices, 510(k), or regulated environments is a plus
x1F539; Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to scale disruptive technology
x1F539; Based in the Netherlands (preferred) with flexibility for European travel
