Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Operational Management and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulations set by Tusla and NCS, including child safeguarding protocols and maintaining appropriate staff-to-child ratios. Maintain precise records of attendance, incidents, and activities, ensuring readiness for audits and evaluations. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and inspire a team of educators and support staff, cultivating a collaborative and professional environment. Assess training needs and coordinate ongoing professional development for team members. Family and Community Engagement: Build and sustain positive relationships with families, acting as the primary Requirements: Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy, Early Childhood Education, Educational Administration, Social Work, or related fields. Additional training in educational program management or child. Dedicated and experienced education and childcare professional with over 2 years in supervisory roles within educational and therapeutic environments. Strong expertise in managing child-centered programs, adhering to regulatory standards (Tusla, NCS), and fostering holistic child development. Demonstrated strengths in leadership, conflict resolution, and family engagement, with a strong grasp of modern educational technologies and program evaluation methods. Languages: English, Spanish, and Portuguese – minimum proficiency level B2 in each. Salary: €34,000 per annum Working Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week Schedule: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as required. Annual Leave: 20 days per year Work Location: On-site across all centers
