About the Role:

Royal London Ireland is seeking applications for a Claims Administrator to join our team in Dublin.

Within this role, you will be at the forefront administering all claims ensuring they comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, providing exceptional support to our brokers and customers while continuously improving service levels and demonstrating our core values.

Criteria

– QFA qualification desirable – minimum APA Life, Pensions and Investments with commitment to achievement of QFA within agreed timeline
-Life & Pensions market – understand the demands/relationships with customers – good knowledge of the Life, Serious illness and Income protection products
-Capability/quality in key processes as agreed in personal objectives and in line with the team purpose
-PC skills-Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly

-Understanding of industry regulatory requirements Including GRDR, Consumer Protection code, CICA
