Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Truro

Job Type: Full-time – 1.45pm – 745 pm

Candidate MUST have a DBS certificate

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1 Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff activities to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
2 Train new cleaning staff members on proper cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
3 Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to team members, ensuring all areas are cleaned according to established standards and schedules.
4 Inspect work performed by cleaning staff to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
5 Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
6 Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs for cleaning equipment.
7 Address and resolve any issues or complaints regarding cleaning services.
8 Implement and enforce safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
9 Collaborate with management to develop and update cleaning protocols and procedures.
10 Conduct performance evaluations for cleaning staff and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

1 Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or similar role.
2 Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
3 Strong leadership and communication skills.
4 Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
5 Attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness.
