We are looking for a Clearance Sales Manager to join our Global Sales Team. This Is the perfect role to manage an international P&L by sales across countries and work on a proven clearance sales operating model platform in close collaboration with all Reckitt markets and their stakeholders In Europe.The relevance of this role in the organization is high and will provide visibility of your profile within the organization as the role will entail constant interaction with senior leaders in each of the markets you will be responsible for.If you are a can-do person, have the ambition to outperform in an international environment and the ability to convince customers of the superiority of Reckitt brands and want to manage your own business and P&L – APPLY NOW!About the roleThe Clearance Sales Manager plays an essential role in improving bottom line P&L, compliance to global pricing, and making sure our SLOB brands are cleared out of the markets while maximising the company’s margins without compromising local sales operations. This role will be responsible for day-to-day operational sales to improve both total company and IMEX’s financial positioning and working as a go-to person between the market and external business partners.Your responsibilitiesIn summary, you’ll be responsible for the following:

  • Customer management operating in the European market
  • Drive monthly clearance sales for SLOBs
  • Monthly P&L analysis & reporting
  • Regular collaboration between internal IMEX stakeholders
  • Maintain and develop B2B clearance pricing across customers
  • Establish and nurture key partnerships with distributors, and other internal stakeholders
  • Utilize data-driven and customer insights to refine pricing and SLOB sales strategies ensuring competitive advantage in diverse markets.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of clearance sales operations and propose adjustments as needed.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging creativity and adaptability in response to evolving market demands

The experience we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration – focus on sales and marketing
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in a blue chip FMCG company
  • Strong overall strategic mindset
  • Successful track record in Customer Negotiation Management
  • Additional functional experience in International Sales, Finance, Category Management
  • Experienced in managing indirect accounts: Wholesalers, Distributors
  • Robust P&L knowledge and proven practice
  • Advance knowledge in MS Office – Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong ownership and entrepreneurial drive
  • Mobile and willing to travel
  • Must be able to communicate in a business English level

  • Strong leadership skills with experience dealing with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data, feedback, and Insights to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and adapt to different cultural and business environments.
