We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, outgoing, and proactive client manager to help us raise the bar for the client experience at Your Majesty.Client Management at Your MajestyThe purpose of our account management team is to increase the value exchange between our firm and our clients by providing an excellent client experience and establishing long-term trusted advisor relationships.We make great first impressions and then take each new client through our client onboarding process. Once the first project is underway, the client manager nurtures the relationship by informing the client of day-to-day activities, planning, and facilitating regular business reviews. Our account team also seeks to add more value to their clients by building deep expertise in the client’s field of business and providing outside perspectives through the lens of brand express, product realisation, accelerating innovation and reaching new audiences.As our Client Manager, you will…Represent the client within our agency and our agency within the client’s organization.Be responsible for a book of business comprising 4-12 clients per year, depending on each engagement or account size.Be the first point of contact for your clients and work closely with the project producers to keep clients up to date on project status and priorities.Seek new opportunities for our firm to add more value to your clients and keep them updated on our products and services as they evolve.Play a vital role in the sales process and drive leads from qualified prospects to contracted clients—and beyond.Immerse yourself into the client’s world, and foster trusted advisor relationships by adding outside perspective.Proactively seek opportunities for your clients to grow and be better at what they do.About youYou’re an outgoing and empathic person who gets energy from interacting with different people.You’re a naturally curious person, interested in the world of digital experience design, the marketing industry, technology, fashion, and business.You are quick to adapt to new ideas and changes.You have a strategic mind and can come up with plans to seize opportunities.You seek to find ways to interact positively in difficult situations.Skills and experience we’d like to see3-5 years experience in a digital agency environment as a client or account manager, project manager, strategist, or similar.Excellent knowledge of digital PM and collaboration tools, i.e., Notion, Trello, etc.Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in tools such as Keynote, Google Slides, etc.Professional-level written and spoken English.Nice to havesExperience and interest in working with the fashion and apparel industry.Experience and interest in working in the big tech/SAAS/startup field.Interest in emerging technologies.Open to travel for work and visiting clients in person.What we offerA salary between €44k – 50k, depending on experience level.A working station, including a laptop, for the duration of employment.A flagship smartphone (iOS or Android) for the duration of employment.Annual training and equipment budget of € 1,000.ClassPass fitness membership.Pension contribution.Access to YM’s career and self-development coach.Flexibility to work from anywhere you feel most productive.Bi-annual company retreat.A creative, playful, chill, good mentality, fast-paced environment with fabulous people and where everyone can make an impact.Your Majesty fosters a diverse working environment and is an equal opportunity employer.
