Votre rôle
As a Client Relationship Manager – QuickSTAT m/f, you serve customers by providing information and respond to requests with respect of Quick’s Quality Assurance standards.
Vos responsabilités

Provide information to customers by verifying understanding of request; answering questions; offering solutions.

Initiate service by recording requests; forwarding to dispatching.

Manage the relationship with customers as a part of shipments follow up
-
Resolve problems by identifying the problem; explaining procedures; forwarding required adjustments.

Improve quality results by evaluating processes; recommending changes
Vos compétences et expériences professionnelles
-
Ideally you have at least 3 years of experience in a customer focused role, preferably in logistics
-
Experience in Air and Road logistics is highly advantageous’ and experience in Pharma is preferable
-
Good computer skills and use of EDIs
-
Ability to work successfully under pressure and excellent time management skills

Great communication skills with strong self-motivation ability
