  • Deliver high quality customer service.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for any booking’s enquiry.
  • Guiding clients through our online bookings system.
  • Providing on-going support for clients throughout their experience with ehouse.

With many clients and a variety of services, the role requires great time management skills and the ability to multi-task. The bookings team have excellent verbal communication, a proficiency in MS Office and fully trained in the inhouse database.
