Meta is seeking a experienced sales and marketing professional to help build and sell Meta’s advertising solutions to Fortune 500 advertisers in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. You’ll contribute to a high-caliber team in a business that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. We are looking for a sales professional with vertical expertise in CPG, has also demonstrated previous solid performance and work in a constantly changing environment, dealing with ambiguity, and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. Ideal candidates will have experience and measurable success in a sales environment as well as experience selling cross-network online marketing solutions such as integrated sponsorships and display advertising. This is a Short Term Employment (STE) role of 8 months and will be located in our Madrid office.Client Solutions Manager – CPG Iberia (STE) ResponsibilitiesIdentify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partnersResponsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnershipUse data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta’s solutions against client’s marketing objectivesConduct data analyses to guide client strategy, which may include setting up dashboards to detect performance patterns and translate them into actionable insightsBuild and manage relationships with key clients, agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.)Advise on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against client goalsCollaboration with internal cross-functional teams and co-managing complex work streamsFlawless management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)Be an active contributor of the regional sales team to contribute to overall team goals and developmentMinimum Qualifications6+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Advertising, Media Sales and/or Online Advertising experienceWork with C-Level employees at clients and agenciesAt least 5+ years of experience managing client accountsManagement and coaching skillsKnowledge of social media, reseller channels and vertical markets a plusRelationships with top marketing decision makers at traditional companies and agenciesProven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goalsDemonstrated success as a leader of change by introducing new performance measures, processes and systemsUnderstanding of user behavior and how technology works and the possibility to explain each in ordinary termsCommunication and presentation skillsPreferred QualificationsBA or BS degree or equivalent experience preferredCPG vertical experience is a plusAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
