  • Experience in account planning and pipeline generation.
  • Ability to secure contract renewals and create a revenue growth mindset.
  • Capability to act as the voice of the client and understand their goals and technology activities.
  • Experience in expanding and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Ability to approve deals and forecast revenue and margins.
  • Experience in leading virtual teams and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Ability to optimize work mix and ensure project delivery within time, scope, and budget.
  • Skill in driving speed of resource allocation.

Tasks:Revenue Growth

  • Account planning with market partners leveraging industry SMEs.
  • Generation and management of medium size pipeline.
  • Contract renewal readiness and securing renewals.
  • Creating a revenue growth mindset within the Consulting and Engineering Services team.
  • Horizon scanning and cross-selling Consulting and Engineering Services offerings.
  • Proactive opportunity creation leveraging consulting partners, client technical leads, industry SMEs, and sales teams.

Client Intimacy

  • Acting as the voice of the client within Consulting and Engineering Services.
  • Understanding the relationship between the client’s externally stated goals, internal programs of work, and technology activities.
  • Expanding and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Maintaining industry expertise, understanding market trends, and client competitors’ activities.

Revenue Management

  • Approving sub-$5M deals.
  • Accurate forecasting of revenue and margin with market partners.
  • Ensuring all contractual delivery obligations are met.

Delivery Quality

  • Leading a virtual team of Consulting and Engineering Services personnel working on the account.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction with delivered work.
  • Interlocking with delivery teams to ensure margin is delivered to plan, including optimizing onshore/offshore mix, labor pyramid, and automation.
  • Ensuring delivery of fixed-price projects to time, scope, and budget.
  • Driving speed of resourcing.
