Share our ambition to enable a better, safer, and more interconnected world and be active in almost every industry, touching nearly every area of human activity!In the spirit of continued growth, we are currently looking for a Clinical Trial Assistant.Job DescriptionYour main responsibility is to provide administrative support for clinical studies, executed by the Clinical Pharmacology Unit Antwerp. As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you will administer, maintain and coordinate the logistical aspects of clinical trials according to Good Clinical Practice and relevant SOPs.
Your tasks:

  • Administrative tasks within the framework of a project
  • Support the clinical trial project team with tasks such as
  • General logistics support
  • Administrative support to study specific subject visits, and related documents
  • Ordering of study related meals
  • Source documents filing and archiving
  • Preparation of study specific binders
  • Support during monitoring visits
  • Ensures completion of study specific Case Report Forms (CRF) by
  • Completing and correcting source data, where applicable
  • Manual source data entry in paper CRF where applicable
  • Electronic source data-entry in SGS or sponsor Electronic Data Capture systems
  • Resolving queries
  • General operational tasks
  • Attends and contributes to team and staff meetings

Qualifications

  • Diploma secretary or medical secretary, or equal experience in medical and/or administrative sector
  • Customer minded
  • Strong communication skills, flexible, quality minded and stress resistant
  • Team player, problem solver, able to guide team within tight deadlines
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and oral)
  • Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word,Excel)
  • Driven and eager: you are curious, flexible, and ambitious to learn from the global SGS network
