Job Description:

Our HPE Operations – Customer Experience division advises and integrates HPE solutions with their partner ecosystems to accelerate the digital transformation of businesses. 

As part of our clients’ IT infrastructure transformation projects, as a Cloud Consultant, you will contribute to the effective implementation of solutions and innovations in cutting-edge technologies.

Your mission:

  • Analyse and define customer/solution needs in a technology consulting approach
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of our clients’ IT solutions
  • Provide our clients with a technical vision but also have an advisory role in their transformation strategies
  • Implement IT infrastructures in accordance with established specifications at the expected quality level
  • Write project documentation and carry out knowledge transfers
  • In collaboration with the Sales Team, bring your knowledge and experience to the development of proposals in the pre-sales phase: design and size a solution, determine the risks, skills, tasks and costs
  • Participate in overall customer satisfaction and seek the best compromise between the customer’s expectations and those of HPE. You act as a member of a team, capable of analysing information and providing the required recommendations to project management and managerial teams

Your skills and knowledge:

  • Kubernetes
  • OpenShift, containers
  • FinOps
  • Cloud: AWS, Azure,
  • Automation script such as ansible and terraform

Your profile:

  • Engineering diploma or Bac+5, with several years of relevant experience
  • Sense of service, project management, customer management and mobility,
  • Autonomy, rigor, ability to communicate clearly and concisely, spirit of initiative, ability to work in a team and in an international environment, you are motivated, mobile and have a culture of results
  • Fluent French and English

Notre division HPE Operations – Customer Experience conseille et intègre des solutions HPE avec leurs écosystèmes partenaires pour accélérer la transformation digitale des entreprises. 

Dans le cadre de projets de transformation d’infrastructures IT de nos clients, vous contribuerez à la réalisation efficace de solutions et d’innovations dans des technologies de pointe.

Vos Missions:

  • Analyser et définir les besoins clients/solution dans une démarche de conseil en technologie
  • Contribuer à la conception et l’implémentation des solutions IT de nos clients
  • Apporter à nos clients non seulement une vision technique mais aussi un rôle de conseil dans leurs stratégies de transformation
  • Implémenter et mettre en œuvre les infrastructures IT en ligne avec les spécifications établies, le tout au niveau de qualité attendu
  • Rédiger des documentations projets et réaliser des transferts de connaissances
  • En collaboration avec l’équipe commerciale, vous apportez vos connaissances et votre expérience à l’élaboration de propositions en phase d’avant-vente : concevoir et dimensionner une solution, déterminer les risques, les compétences, tâches et charges associées
  • Participer à la satisfaction globale du client et rechercher le meilleur compromis entre les attentes du client et celles de HPE. 
  • Vous agissez comme un membre d’une équipe, capable d’analyser les informations et de fournir les analyses requises à la direction du projet et aux équipes managériales

Votre profil:

  • Diplôme ingénieur ou Bac+5 avec plusieurs années d’expérience
  • Sens du service, gestion de projets, gestion clients et mobilité,
  • Autonomie, rigueur, capacité à communiquer de façon claire et concise, esprit d’initiative, capacité à travailler en équipe et dans un environnement international, vous êtes motivé(e), mobile et possédez la culture du résultat
  • Français et Anglais courants
