We’re growing our locations, our capabilities, our teams and looking for passionate, mission-driven people who want to make a real difference in people’s lives.We are currently looking for candidates to work within Drug Substance Manufacturing (DSM) Support and become part of a newly established team, responsible for preparation, packing and qualification of chromatography columns.About the Team and the positionThe team is a part of the Manufacturing support section, located in Documentation and Support Department, that supports a variety of tasks towards the shop floor. You will be part of a team with a great sense of humor and a high willingness to support where needed. Being a small team, we expect you to be self-driven, able to prioritize tasks depending on urgency and having a quality focused mindset.The primary tasks include but not be limited to:

  • Execution of packing and qualification of Chromatography Columns
  • Handling and completion of batch documentation
  • Close collaboration with the Support Back Office on daily scheduling of activities
  • Support trouble shooting of equipment with e.g Engineering, Automation and Maintenance
  • Continuous improvement of documentation and operational activities
  • Supporting maintenance activities

You will be working Monday to Friday, excluding holidays/company paid days off, alternating between one week on day shift and one week on evening shift.Monday: Day (06:30-14:30) and Evening shift (14:00-21:30).Tuesday: Day (06:30-14:30) and Evening shift (14:00-21:30).Wednesday: Day (06:30-14:30) and Evening shift (14:00-21:30).Thursday: Day (06:30-14:30) and Evening shift (14:00-21:30).Friday: Day (06:30-14:00) and Evening shift (13:30-20:00).QualificationsWe are looking for process operators, preferable with experience from a similar pharmaceutical production company or similar regulated businesses. Moreover, we are looking for following qualifications:

  • Read and understand work instructions in English
  • Experience with cGMP and/or SOPs or knowledge of chromatography processes is an advantage but not a requirement
