You will play a crucial part in running national business projects and providing customer insights through the Veeva Database, ensuring compliance with GDPR and supporting sales initiatives.This position is based in Copenhagen and reports directly to the Head of Animal Health Nordics.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who wants to be part of a truly innovative and revolutionary team! Join us if you want to make the difference.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process Improvement: Enhance productivity and profitability by supporting and improving business processes.
• Team Collaboration: Support the Business Segment Manager and Controller, actively participate in the Commercial Excellence Team, and liaise with Customer Service for Warehouse Management.
• Market Insight Management: Manage the different data sources (sell-in and sell-out) to support sales strategies and help improve our performance.
• Customer Insight Management: Manage the Veeva Database, train and support the business to maintain accurate and updated customer data and ensure compliance with GDPR.
• Project Management: Assist in running national business projects and coordinate special ad hoc projects.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

• Educational Background: Master’s in business administration, IT, Statistics, Economics or related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
• IT Competencies: Broad IT competencies to manage and coordinate various IT-related tasks and projects.
• Communication Skills: Strong communicative abilities to train, support, and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing projects, particularly IT projects, databases, and CRM systems.
• Innovative Thinking: A proactive and innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of industry trends.
