Commercial Performance Manager France Commercial Operations M/F/NB

Our French subsidiary is looking for its new Commercial Performance Manager France M/F/NB.

You will work and grow within our French affiliate and will report to our VP France Cluster with 10 co workers.

You are responsible for the Global Commercial Performance (GCP) implementation in the Cluster including new approaches for CVM, CPM and KPI adoption and best practice sharing. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders (commercial team, marketing, medical affairs and other key functions) to ensure alignment and to drive execution of commercial projects.

What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?

  • Work with commercial team to align on key priorities.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop appropriate strategies and tactics; collaborate with the sales team to present data and analysis and make recommendations to the marketing.
  • Analyse campaign results (monthly CRM metrics reports) to suggest most appropriate actions to plan.
  • Drive change across the cluster to continually improve customers experience and to develop CRM roadmap.
  • Be a champion for new strategic initiatives such (implementation of account management, cross-selling and new product introduction)
  • Support training implementation of the GROW initiative.
  • Work with the leadership team to establish and monitor the yearly SIP.
  • Work closely with corporate functions and units to ensure optimal coordination of all commercial projects.
  • Drive the local change management process ad contribute to global enhancement initiatives.

Who are you?

  • Background in Life Sciences (or medical field), you have + 5 years experience in Marketing and/or Sales.
  • Analytical and business planning skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high performance team, within a high degree of complexity environment.
  • Develops platform, organizational and prioritization skills
  • You are known for your pugnacity, your rigor, your proactivity, your autonomy.
  • Pragmatism, methodical organization, project management and adaptability in relationships are strong assets.
  • You are able to challenge the existing, to take and drive decisions.
