Communication and training play crucial roles, from our largest department, People & Organisation, which supports the entire business, to smaller units where you’ll assist with internal communication or training initiatives.The Communication, Marketing, Training, HR, and related fields pipeline offers internships where you’ll support:ManagersProject leadersTraining specialistsManagement AssistantsChange Management PartnersTalent Acquisition ConsultantsYou’ll primarily be assisting in areas such as:CommunicationProject ManagementTraining and learningAdministrative SupportMarketingTalent Acquisition (Recruitment)Early talentTalent management and developmentEmployer BrandingYour tasks will vary depending on the department, but may include:Creating short videosCreating content for SharePoint and YammerCreating presentationsAssisting with internal communicationAssisting with training materialProviding insights on training or internal communication to the teamStakeholder managementRecruitment support or assessment support (only for HR profiles)Internship DetailsAn internship position at Novo Nordisk is between 18-37 hours per week, with most positions requiring 37 hours, mostly on-site. We offer flexibility to accommodate your educational commitments, recognizing the importance of your studies.Internships can last from 3 to 6 months, with potential extensions up to a maximum of 12 monthsInternships are paid if your educational program allows itImportant InformationRelocation: Novo Nordisk does not cover relocation costs.Work Permit:For EU students: A work permit is not required; however, you will need to provide a study permit from your university during the recruitment process.For non-EU students: A work permit will be required. You will need to provide a study permit from your university during the recruitment process, and our mobility team will support you further with issuing a work permit.
