Based in Amsterdam, you will work closely with the global legal team. The position offers significant international exposure, including to APAC and North America.Key responsibilities include:Preparing and coordinating board and committee meetings (UK/EU): setting agendas, taking minutes, ensuring proper follow-upManaging legal entity structures and maintaining corporate documentationMonitoring and fulfilling legal obligations to regulators across Europe and the UKAdvising on governance-related matters, with a focus on best practicesSupporting international legal projects and transactionsStreamlining processes, documentation, and administrative standards within the functionActing as the first point of contact for governance-related inquiries across EuropeThis is a newly created role, providing the opportunity to shape the position and expand its scope over time.
