Company Secretary Assistant – LondonOur client is looking for an established Company Secretary Assistant to join its established team in London City.Are you a meticulously organised and client-focused individual looking to advance your company secretarial career?Our client, a leading FTSE 250 firm, is seeking a talented professional to join its dynamic team and play a crucial role in managing compliance for a large portfolio of UK entities.Perks:

About the Role:As a Company Secretarial Assistant, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the seamless compliance and efficient administration for a significant portfolio of UK entities. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the comprehensive compliance diary, ensuring all statutory filings are completed promptly and corporate records remain meticulously up to date
- Preparing and filing annual confirmation statements and coordinating client reviews and approvals
- Updating statutory registers based on client instructions
- Informing clients of upcoming statutory deadlines, such as Annual Accounts due dates
- Drafting Director resolutions for annual accounts approval
- Maintaining electronic corporate records using Diligent Entities
- Drafting of relevant approvals for routine corporate changes (eg, Director appointments, registered office changes) and arranging for the relevant filings to be made at Companies House
- Handling the formation/incorporation of UK entities and drafting essential post-completion documentation
- Contributing to revenue by ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for completed work
- Actively participating in business development, optimising administration processes and maintaining precise records and databases
- Developing and nurturing excellent relationships with clients, lawyers, global project managers and new business providers
