What the jobs about :

  • Board Meeting Coordination and Minute Taking: You’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating and attending board meetings, ensuring efficient proceedings and accurate minute-taking. This involvement offers firsthand insight into strategic decision-making processes.

What the client is looking for :

  • 2-4 years company secretary experience (in Ireland), in corporate or funds space. There is scope to work on either in this team.
  • ICSA/ CGI qualifications an advantage.
  • MUST HAVE European passport/stamp or 4/4g visa – non negotiable !
