• Possession of a professional degree of Master of Science, Master of Engineering or equivalent title.
• Possession of at least a doctoral degree.
• Possession of teaching and organizational achievements, which in the period of not more than the last 4 years have achieved the indicators specified in § 11 in connection with § 14 of the Order 90/2023 of the Rector of the University of Lublin on establishing the criteria and procedure for periodic evaluation and annual evaluation of academic teachers and research and technical staff at the University of Lublin, as amended. – For the position of assistant professor in the research and teaching group (120 points total for teaching and organizational achievements for the last 4 years, including at least 40 points from student evaluations).
• Possession of scientific achievements that, over a period of not more than the last 4 years, have achieved the indicators specified in § 11 in connection with § 18 of the Order 90/2023 of the Rector of the University of Lublin on establishing criteria and procedures for periodic evaluation and annual evaluation of academic teachers and research and technical staff at the University of Lublin, as amended. – For the position of assistant professor in the research and teaching group (210 points – the sum of unit shares in publications (slots) not less than 3; while the average value of the publication slot should be at least 70 points – bibliometric analysis to be downloaded from the Main Library of UM in Lublin).
• Have an active knowledge of English, and in the case of foreigners, an active knowledge of Polish.

• Certificate confirming active knowledge of English, issued by the Study of Practical Foreign Language Teaching at the UM of Lublin 7 Chodźki Street (Collegium Academicum) tel. +48 81448 6220, and in the case of foreigners, Certificate of Proficiency in Polish, issued by the State Commission for the Certification of Proficiency in Polish as a Foreign Language.

Pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 1, point 2, Article 12, points 6 and 7, and Article 21 of the Act of May 13, 2016 on Counteracting the Threat of Sexual Crime and the Protection of Minors (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item.1802) must be submitted to the Department of Human Resources and Social Affairs at the Medical University of Lublin (1 Racławickie Avenue) no later than the date of signing the employment contract, information from the National Criminal Register to the extent specified in Article 21, paragraph 3 of the Act and, if applicable, information from the criminal record of the competent country or statements referred to in Article 21, paragraphs 4-7 of the Act:
