1. Research work related to the development and optimization of synthesis processes for polymer-derived ceramic-based anode materials for lithium-ion batteries.2. Research work related to the physicochemical and electrochemical characterization of the obtained materials.3. Investigation of processes occurring in test cells, in particular the impact of pre-lithiation processes of electrode materials on the electrochemical properties of materials and cell stability.4. Interpretation and discussion of the research results obtained in the project.5. Preparation of manuscripts based on results obtained within the project for publication in peer-reviewed scientific journals from JCR list.6. 1. Doctorate in chemical sciences or materials science.2. Excellent knowledge of the synthesis and modification of materials, in particular materials dedicated to lithium-ion batteries.3. Experience in the synthesis of nanocomposites.4. Experience in the field of electrochemistry. Knowledge of techniques such as cyclic voltammetry, chronopotentiometry, chronoamperometry, impedance spectroscopy. Working experience in the study of electrode materials, in particular for lithium-ion cells.5. Knowledge of solid state testing techniques, i.e. XRD, XPS, Raman spectroscopy, SEM-EDX.6. English at an advanced level.7. Commitment to research and scientific work, ability to work in a team and diligence.8. Minimum 6-month internship abroad after obtaining a PhD.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
