Microsoft has an exciting opportunity for a Principal Technical Program/Compliance Manager to join the international Azure Platform Operations Sovereign team focused on Compliance and Certification of Sovereign clouds.

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated person to lead on the key requirement of Agence nationale de la sécurité des systèmes d’information (ANSSI) Sec Num Cloud Certification. In this role you will collaborate closely with Auditors, our Partners as well as key stakeholders in Azure Global Engineering to drive a successful conclusion to the Certification process.

Responsibilities

You will be a specialist in the development and enforcement of stringent security and compliance practices, aligning with the standards of accreditation authorities, backed by your comprehensive audit expertise.

You will drive the formulation and realization of a harmonized control framework, bespoke to satisfy the distinct demands of local certification and controls.

You will direct the strategic orchestration and implementation of compliance analysis, control mapping, audits, and dashboards, capitalizing on your proficiency in international framework mapping to secure compliance triumphs.

You will grasp and bolster compliance commitments, contributing to the refinement and augmentation of processes or tools to efficiently meet these imperatives.

You will orchestrate pivotal stakeholder interactions, including calls and meetings that may transpire beyond conventional business hours, while nurturing collaboration with global teams. You will foster and deepen professional ties with international engineering contingents.

You will elevate your technical and professional acumen to navigate intricate certification queries, through perpetual training and preparedness endeavours.

You will deploy your expertly crafted playbook, forged from years of experience in accreditations and steering compliance for expansive systems.

You will traverse the ANSSI terrain with proficiency, bringing a wealth of experience in the governance of testing, certification, and accreditation of IT products and services.
Qualifications
Required:
-
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
-
Experience in security domain with accreditation and compliance management of international security and compliance frameworks.

Fluency in French and English language skills.
Preferred:
-
Experience in as Data Protection Officer (DPO), Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

ISO 27001 Lead Auditor Certification.
-
Real world experience managing certification for international compliance to at least two of the listed Certifications, Regulations or Standards (ISO/IEC, FedRAMP, SOC, PCI, CSA STAR).

Extensive proven ISO 27001 experience + experience with control mapping.

Knowledge of a cloud computing environment such as Microsoft Azure is considered a plus.
Cloud Background check:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
