We help our customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.Partner with the bestAs Compression & Steam Technology Lead System Engineer, you will be in charge of system definition and process integration for trains composed by electric motors, steam turbine, turbo expanders, centrifugal compressors and reciprocating compressors. You will supervise quality and timeliness of “systems integration” deliverables oriented to drive IET scope of supply for our customer and other departments.As a Compression & Steam Technology Lead System Engineer, you will be responsible for:Conducting and successfully complete HAZOP meetings and SIL review for personnel safety and asset integrity managementDeveloping predictive system design through modeling and numerical automation (Matlab/Simulink, FlowMaster, Hysis) to foresee transient behaviorsLeading System DR (DR1/DR2) assuring action are completed in time and in qualityWorking close to Projects Engineers and facilitate smooth projects execution on R&P, Modules, LNG, OOPProviding wide expertise on steam turbine, electric motor driven trains and reciprocating compressor auxiliary systems for Gas Core businessContribute with technical expertise to new energy technology solutions development such as Hydrogen, CO2, CCUS and Energy storage.Building relations with all involved Engineering, Streams, Sourcing and Field Service functions in TPS OrganizationAttending technical meetings with Customers and suppliers, provide support to testing and supply chain departmentEstablishing and maintaining relationships with required external and internal interfaces to ensure that customer requirements are understood and being achievedContributing to have a flawless execution of DM technical alignments with focus on requisition productivity allocating resources for assigned tasks balancing workloadDriving and broadcasting the innovative ideas generation process and enhance the culture of the Design to CostFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Master Degree or PhD in Mechanical, Chemical, Energy, Aerospace, Aeronautical, or equivalentHave knowledge of structural and fluid computational analysis commercial toolsHave at least 3 years of experience in O&G engineering environment or other Energy oriented realitiesBe able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills along with interpersonal skillBe a good team player and display good communication skillsBe fluent in verbal and written EnglishBe able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization and external customersDemonstrate ability to drive cultural change within the Organization, with open mind and technical acumenHave a Six Sigma or Black Belt Certification will be consider a plusWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
