As part of this initiative, we are seeking a skilled Connectivity Manager for the Western Europe Hub, who will be instrumental in driving the integration of BD Medication Management Solutions (MMS). Reporting to the Customer Success Leader, you will play a pivotal role in deploying our Solutions strategy in France and Benelux.

Our vision for Medication Management Solutions at BD

With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.

As a Connectivity Manager for BD’s Medication Management Solutions, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the integration and success of our ground breaking solutions in Western Europe. This role involves project and program management, ensuring the flawless interoperability of BD MMS solutions, leading digital transformation projects, and collaborating with healthcare providers. Your expertise will contribute to the evolution of Medication Management, making it safer, simpler, and more thoughtful across the care continuum. If you have a background in IT or biomedical engineering, along with experience in healthcare IT and integration projects, this is an exciting opportunity to craft the future of healthcare technology.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Apply project and program management expertise to successfully deliver sophisticated projects, ensuring the seamless integration of BD MMS solutions.

  • Drive interoperability, integration, and cybersecurity of BD MMS solutions, staying abreast of IT requirements, regulatory standards, and compliance.

  • Lead and support digital transformation projects into clouds, aligning with BD MMS cloud strategy.

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, conduct professional support, and assess digital technologies at both national and BD levels.

  • Develop statements of work and project plans to support pre-sales and marketing activities.

  • Work closely with healthcare providers to produce testimonials and process-transformation studies, promoting the adoption of medical technologies.

  • Ensure all installed BD Medication Management Solutions are up-to-date, with a clear roadmap to meet individual customer infrastructure requirements.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in Healthcare IT, demonstrating integration and interoperability capabilities through live presentations.

  • Collaborate with Platform Marketing, R&D, and Product Development to advise and support strategies for current and future roadmaps.

Your Background:

  • Degree in IT or biomedical engineering with a significant IT background.

  • Confirmed experience in healthcare IT and integration/interoperability projects.

  • Excellent customer interaction skills.

  • Diligent and analytical.

  • Proficient in English; proficiency in French or Dutch.

  • Based in France, Belgium, or Luxembourg.

  • Ability to travel at least 30% of the time.

  • Lean certified or ability to demonstrate lean thinking (considered a plus).

  • Experience in continuous improvement projects (considered a plus).
