We’re looking for a 
Consumer Experience Manager
 to join our dynamic team and lead one of the world’s most beloved brands, Palmolive, in the Swedish market.

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring consumers continue to enjoy their favorite products while shaping the future of a global brand.

What You will Achieve

As our Consumer Experience Manager , you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth and innovation for Palmolive in Sweden. Your key responsibilities will include:

-Strategizing for Success:
Develop and implement plans to boost sales, profit, and market share for Palmolive, aligning with our overall division strategy.

-Innovating the Portfolio:
Keep our product offerings fresh and exciting by introducing new products and optimizing existing ones based on consumer needs and market trends.

-Collaborating for Impact:
Work closely with our customer development team to create tailored plans for various retail environments.

-Driving Digital Transformation:
Lead initiatives to connect with consumers and shoppers throughout their journey, maximizing our digital presence.

-Managing Investments:
Oversee the local advertising and promotion budget, focusing on maximizing the return on every investment.

-Becoming the Expert:
Be our go-to expert for personal care, conducting in-depth category and product analysis.

While a background in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company is a strong advantage, we value diverse experiences and encourage individuals from all professional backgrounds . Proficiency in English is essential,
and fluency in Swedish is a requirement.

Experience with Nielsen, POS data, and Excel is also beneficial.
