  • To provide ‘World Class’ Customer Service
  • To have contact with internal and external customers
  • To work in-line with our company vision “Warming lives, protecting our future”

Key Deliverables:

  • Capturing, maintaining, and ensuring the quality of customer data is met by adhering to GDPR.
  • Handling all relevant customer interactions.
  • Advising customers on the best services available.
  • Booking appointments for maintenance and repairs.
  • Remote Troubleshooting utilising problem solving skills and persuasive communication.
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints.
  • To follow our Brand Ambassador ethos.

Additional Tasks/Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice.
  • Ordering literature.
  • Mailbox training with the potential to process into Live Chat & Social Media.
  • Contributing to the overall performance of the team.
  • Achieving and maintaining both individual and departmental targets.

QualificationsSkills:

  • Must be IT literate, with good numeric and written skills.
  • Must be personable to allow you to communicate with people on all levels and quick thinking within a pressurised environment.
  • Quick thinking and able to problem solve and use your own initiative.
  • Be flexible with excellent attendance and punctuality.

Attributes:

  • The candidate will be required to be customer orientated, reliable, dedicated, and self-motivated with the ability to cope under high-pressured conditions to achieve collective team and individual targets.

Qualifications:

  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English, Grade 4 and above are desirable.
