- Working Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Your RoleAs a Legal Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining platform integrity and compliance. This is a back-office position with no direct interaction with users. Your main tasks include:
- Reviewing flagged accounts and reported content to assess compliance with platform policies.
- Deciding whether accounts remain active or need to be blocked.
- Ensuring legal requests are handled in line with regulations.
- Working within defined turnaround times and maintaining high-quality standards.
Desired Profile
- Language Skills: Minimum C1 German & B2 English
- Education: High school diploma or higher
- No prior experience required up to 1 year of experience in content moderation is a plus
- Eligibility to work full-time in Portugal (EU ID / Residence Card / Certificate of Protection issued after March 2022)
