Our client are a highly regarded law firm with a private client law focus. The firm focus on the usual mix of will drafting, probate, trust formation and private tax advice as well as offering some off shore expertise. The firm are generating an increasing amount of contentious trust work but don’t have the expertise in house to deal with it and so currently refer it to other law firms. They are seeking to recruit a partner to deal with this work. The role will suit either an ambitious senior associate seeking partnership or a partner seeking a new opportunity. Unusually for a role of this kind no following is required although an ability to business develop will be useful.
