management throughout the entire lifecycle.Collaboration & Negotiation

  • Partner with the legal team to negotiate and finalize contract agreements.
  • Provide strategic insights and guidance during contract signing to ensure optimal outcomes.

Contract Management & Coordination

  • Act as the primary liaison with budget team members during contract execution to handle

amendments, claims, and counterclaims. * Maintain comprehensive ledgers tracking contract changes, reasons for alterations, and anyresulting impacts on costs, timelines, or scope. * Lead and participate in negotiations concerning contract disputes, ensuring swift and fairresolutions.Review & Reporting

  • Conduct post-contract reviews and summarize outcomes to provide valuable insights and future

recommendations. * Prepare thorough summary reports to reflect on learnings and drive continuous improvement.

  • Strong proficiency in English and native Chinese knowledge
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing contract claims or related functions
  • Solid understanding of the full workflow involved in managing contract claims
  • Great communication and negotiaiton skills
  • Proactive and assertive personality
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • University degree
