Drive quality systems and compliance in a bilingual logistics environment.YOUR ROLEAs the Contract Logistics Site Quality Team Leader in Hermalle-sous-Argenteau, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet internal standards, legal requirements, and customer expectations. You will lead a team of quality professionals, coordinate audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your fluency in French and English will be essential for effective communication across local and international teams.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement and promote a strong quality culture across the site
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations
• Lead internal audits and support external inspections and certifications
• Monitor and report on quality KPIs and performance metrics
• Coordinate quality-related communication and training across departments
• Manage CAPA processes and drive root cause analysis
• Support new customer implementations and project quality complianceBe the key contact person for the customers on quality
• Coach and develop the site quality team, fostering a collaborative environment

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality leadership role, preferably in logistics or pharma
• Strong knowledge of QMS standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GDP, GMP, …)
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
• Excellent communication, coaching, and team leadership skills
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving, Experience with audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement processes
• Dutch nice to have
