Please get in touch!BeschrijvingResponsibilities Contract Manager – Retail (Temporary)The Technology Department drives the company’s digital agenda. Within this department, the EMEA unit is responsible for all IT operations in Europe, including finance, compliance, vendor management, and communication. In this role, you will report to the SVP IT EMEA.Key Responsibilities:

• Review and manage all contracts, ensuring proper registration and storage;
• Lead bi-weekly meetings with Procurement, Legal, and Security, and follow up on contract renewals;
• Act as the single point of contact for contract-related queries and procedures;
• Communicate system updates, onboard/offboard users and vendors, and support system testing;
• Issue purchase requisitions, monitor payment statuses, and coordinate with Accounts Payable on pending invoices.

RequirementsRequirements Contract Manager – Retail (Temporary)The ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance;
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience in business analysis, procure-to-pay, and contract management;
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel is a plus;
• Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills;
• Highly motivated, well-organized, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
