Key accountabilities

On Budget, contribute to elaborate yearly Budget and follow up all along the year :

  • animates workshops to build budget
  • consolidates quotation and organize arbitration sessions
  • follows the purchases and renewals, analyze the projection with finance teams
  • produces KPIs for the financial follow up within the department

On Contract Management :

  • negotiate (alongside Procurement team) and manages contracts of the Infrastructure department to ensure that deals are made with the most favorable terms and conditions, for operational and financial aspects
  • prepare with the operational teams and leads recurrent governance with vendors and suppliers,
  • supervise contract execution and ensure compliancy with requirements and SLAs
  • with the support of technical teams he makes proposal to improve accuracy of CMDB
  • make sure all HW and SW maintenance are renewed on time.
  • allow savings on maintenance and support agreements by improving these processes and removing unused assets

On FINOPS, with the Cloud team :

  • follow costs and establish reportings and Kpis
  • identify and prioritize rightsizing savings opportunities with ownerships, lead associated plans
  • analyze spend trend and provide savings plan and reserved instances recommendation
  • continuously monitoring spent and remove unused resources
  • develop transversal governance to improve accountability of all the stakeholders

On audit / regulation the candidate will :

  • contribute and analyze the element required
  • collect and make sure they are delivered on due time.

Your profile

  • minimum of 7 years of experience in similar roles (FINOPS in AWS environment, Contract Management)
  • Degree in Technology
  • Background in IT domain,
  • Leadership, strong commitment
  • Structured and rigorous approach
  • Transversality, ability to work on complex topics with several different teams (technical, financial, procurement, vendors)
  • Capacity to prepare presentation for decision making at C-level with strategic proposals
  • Synthetic communication
  • Experience in vendor negotiations
  • Strong knowledge on Excel
