Together, we are acting, we are leading, and we will drive change across the globe.Strategic Lead negotiator Associate DirectorKey Responsibilities, within and across specific Market UnitEstablish and manage relationships with Business leadership, Quality leadership and Legal counterparts.Responsible for leading negotiation activities for some of Accenture’s select deals (as defined by scope, size and type of work) to meet Accenture and client needs for a mutually beneficial outcome.Work with both internal and external stakeholders to execute the negotiation strategy.Help resolve potential and actual disputes while managing client expectations during the negotiation process.Responsible for ensuring global compliance to all requirements and inputs from legal, commercial and corporate transaction services teams in all deal negotiations.Champion Client Centric negotiation processes and coach executives on the global negotiation strategy for a deal or a dispute.Knowledge Skills and ExperienceManagement Knowledge and Experience:Minimum 15 yrs. relevant experience in roles with relevant skills such as quality, delivery leads, sales and or legal across multiple complex, high risk deals with proven ability to lead successful teamsAble to collaborate and communicate effectively with executives at all levels of the client and Accenture organizations and be capable of influencing key commercial and contracting decisionsExperienced and exceptional in the application of Client Centric NegotiationEffective and creative at balancing interests and synthesizing solutionsCourage to deliver hard messages directly, both internally and externallyExceptional executive presence and ability to manage senior stakeholdersSeasoned resource experienced working on problem projectsDeep understanding of root cause trends and project remediationEngaging personality able to build relationshipsPowerful storytellerFinancial acumen and good business judgementKnowledge of AccentureBehaviors and AttributesOpen to work with and understand cross-cultures and locations throughout the Accenture global organization.Understand the value of diversity and recognize the strengths that different styles, innovative perspectives and experiences bring to Accenture.Demonstrate inclusion and respect for all individuals regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, belief, age, disability, culture, social status and/or sexuality.Leader as well as team player, collaborative and persuasive; able to work well with executives and non-executivesEducation and QualificationsBachelor’s degree required.
