Job description

As a Contract Administrator, you’ll join a close-knit team of five colleagues in the administrative department and collaborate with two receptionists. Reporting to the Head of Legal Affairs, you’ll ensure the seamless management of daily administrative tasks while providing essential support across the organization.Your key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and ensuring the accuracy of lease agreements for timely approval and signing.
  • Drafting professional correspondence and email communications in Dutch for tenants and stakeholders.
  • Supporting reception colleagues when needed, ensuring a warm and professional office environment.
  • Assisting in various administrative duties to keep the office running smoothly.
  • Managing multiple schedules and calendars efficiently.

  • Education: At least MBO level 4 education with experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience: Familiarity with Office 365 (Teams, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Language Skills: Native-level Dutch is essential. Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Work Approach: Flexible, approachable, with a proactive mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Work Ethic: Integrity, empathy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized, ability to receive feedback positively
  • Availability: Willingness to work 3-4 days per week, with Wednesday as a mandatory working day.
  • Commuting: You must be willing to commute by public transport, as the location is less accessible by car.
