Salary: €80,000 – €120,000 depending on experienceAt Elk Recruitment, we are looking for multiple Contracts Managers to work for a variety of our clients based nationwide . This is a great opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager in the Construction industry to make an impact in an innovative and growing organisationWhat’s on Offer:

Your new role includes:

• Coordinating project and site managers on various sites.
• Ensuring that the highest levels of H&S, Quality and Environmental standards are met.
• Working closely with the Directors and Project Managers to support and recommend strategies.
• Ensuring contract close-out, extension or renewal.
• Working intently to reduce costs on projects.
• Ensuring that all sites adhere to compliance requirements.

Experience you need:

• Construction Management Degree or similar.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Contracts Manager.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full Irish Drivers Licence.
