Our daily work is our daily passion.We are looking for a highly skilled and motivatedControl Prototyping HIL Engineerwith expertise in developing and implementing Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulation systems using Speedgoat platforms, dedicated to highly complex aeronautical devices development.Key Responsibilities:

  • HIL System Development:
  • Design, develop, and implement advanced HIL simulation systems using Speedgoat hardware and software tools.
  • Integrate HIL systems with control units and sensors specific to aeronautical applications.
  • Develop and optimize real-time simulation models for comprehensive testing and validation purposes.
  • Testing and Validation:
  • Validate the performance, reliability, and safety of control units through rigorous HIL testing protocols.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to HIL simulations
  • Collaboration and Documentation:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, hardware engineers, and system integrators, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Document test procedures, results, and any modifications made to the HIL system.

Place: Torino

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Control Engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing HIL systems, specifically using Speedgoat platforms (or in alternative NI – Labiew environment).
  • Strong expertise in real-time control systems, simulation, and complex aeronautical testing requirements.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for model development and simulation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the aerospace industry, particularly in testing and validation of aeronautical control units.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety protocols in aerospace engineering.
  • Knowledge of additional HIL platforms and tools.
