Within the Group CFO function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team, who will work within the Group Finance Transformation Structure.Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Supporting the Financial Planning & Control (FP&C) workstream of One Finance, working with the Anaplan Planning Product Owner on key cross-functional initiatives that entail
  • Driving the detail design of the future global process and data structure of FP&C in consistency with the approved IT architecture and overall process structure, providing feed-back and proposals
  • Promoting the sound and effective engineering of the technological eco-system and interaction between components to be implemented to support the global process
  • Supporting the definition of the relevant business requirements and their IT implementation, pursuing automation and excellence in servicing process stakeholders: Group and Business Units
  • Operational maintenance and development of the data pipeline existing (Anaplan Planning) and to be

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • At least 4/5 years of experience in the role related to the hard skills required
  • Experience working in complex, structured environments connected with the implementation of global processes/technological platforms
  • In-depth understanding of Insurance specificities with an engineering mindset, in particular: Finance Planning and Control processes, Capital, Risk, Financial Performance
  • Experienced in implementing complex processes and data requirements into IT solutions, including definition of business requirements, translation into technological solution, running of user acceptance tests
  • Skilled in finance data model management, set up of data pipelines and creation of the relevant reporting facility
  • Preferably knowledgeable of Anaplan or Google technologies
  • Familiarity in risk management, capital management and performance monitoring in finance regulation and related methodologies: Solvency II and IFRS17 in particular

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills in data and process analysis
  • Ability to manage complexity with an innate drive to achieve
