We are currently recruiting a Cook to join our team at RAF Lossiemouth, IV31 6SD

-Full time – 35 hours per week, 5 days over 7 including weekend work

What you’ll be doing
-Making breakfast, lunch and dinner working from specific menu plans
-Preparation of hot/cold food
-Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment
-Ensure food is correctly stored according to food safety policies and guidelines
-Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment and utensils
-Present and garnish food and portions according to guidelines
-Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers and co workers
-Assisting in the compilation of all shift opening and closing checklists

Experience
-Previous kitchen/cooking experience 
-Disclosure Scotland required
-E learning is available through our online learning system to obtain Food Safety Level 2/3 certificate
