Job description
You will be part of the office of Corporate Secretary Director supporting the activities and actively involved in the team deliverables.More specifically, you will prepare the documentation of the meetings of the corporate bodies of the Italian and foreign subsidiaries, coordinating with the colleagues based in the Prysmian locations.The coordination and communication element is crucial for the role and for the correct implementation of the team’s initiatives.You will give assistance in extraordinary corporate re-organizations, if the case, and you will deal with the issuance of proxies and anti-mafia declarations for tenders.You will be based in the Prysmian HQ, Milan – as remote working policy, you will be entitled to have 8 remote working daysWho are we looking for?We are looking for a a new team member with the following experience/background:
- Law Degree
- Previous professional experience in Italian or international law firms or companies;
- Excellent knowledge of English; the knowledge of a second foreign language will be a plus.
- You have an excellent knowledge of the Office package (in particular Word, Excel and Power Point);
- Ability and habit to work organization, planning and strict compliance with deadlines
- You have excellent communication and problem solving skills –
- You are able to deliver tasks and projects with great attention, precision proactivity and operational autonomy.
