Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:
- Provide top-notch customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the company’s products and services.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
- Conduct regular training sessions to update knowledge and skills.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years’ experience in application engineering or inside sales is desired.
- Ability to communicate in English effectively at all levels (verbal, written and presentation skills).
- Knowledge of ISO/ANSI/ASME standards relevant to actuator applications.
- Experience preparing bids for industrial/OEM projects or EPC customers.
- Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to communicate in English effectively at all levels (verbal, written and presentation skills).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Experience or strong interest in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to drive process efficiency and operational excellence.
