Job Description:We’re seeking a Country Manager for our client, who is a European leader in psychological assessment and related services.You’ll be responsible for developing and executing the local business strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with the company’s broader corporate objectives.This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong business acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to drive growth in complex, dynamic environments.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and execution,
• Lead and manage sales and marketing initiatives to drive brand recognition and market leadership,
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and regulatory authorities,
• Analyze market trends and evaluate competitive positioning,
• Develop and execute actionable business plans aligned with company objectives,
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and expansion,
• Manage project execution, resource allocation, and budget compliance,
• Lead local recruitment, training, and development efforts to build high-performing teams,
• Ensure timely and effective crisis management strategies,
• Maintain legal, financial, and operational compliance in coordination with relevant national authorities.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in business management, preferably within a similar industry,
• Strong sales, networking, and customer relationship management skills,
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service,
• Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities,
• Fluency in English and Hungarian; additional European languages are a plus,
• Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities.
