Regulatory Project Manager – Leading Agriculture

Location: Home Working / Hybrid – Italy

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and execute all aspects of regulatory submissions for plant protection products in Italy, ensuring compliance with EU Regulation 1107/2009 and national regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate the preparation of comprehensive registration dossiers, including physico-chemical, toxicological, environmental, and efficacy data.
* Oversee and contribute to Southern Zone regulatory strategies, ensuring alignment with regional and global business goals.
* Serve as the primary liaison with Italian national authorities and industry associations, building strong relationships to facilitate efficient regulatory processes.
* Monitor regulatory changes and political developments, providing insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
* Support the creation and approval of labels, MSDS, and other product documentation to ensure full regulatory compliance.
* Represent the company in industry forums, working groups, and external stakeholder engagements, actively contributing to the development of industry standards.

Key Requirements

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in agriculture, biology, chemistry, or a related field.
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the plant protection or agrochemical sector.
* Strong understanding of EU Regulation 1107/2009 and national regulatory frameworks in Italy, with exposure to Southern Zone regulations being a plus.
* Experience preparing and managing regulatory dossiers, including detailed technical data on toxicology, environmental impact, and efficacy.
* Proficiency in building productive relationships with regulatory authorities and industry groups.
* Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex workflows and deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills in Italian and English; additional languages relevant to the Southern Zone are a plus.
