  • Spearhead the implementation of the retail commercial policy across BeLux, in collaboration with the BeNeLux leadership team.
  • Lead a dynamic sales team (external and internal), ensuring the client’s marketing and sales strategies are flawlessly executed.
  • Maximize brand visibility and sales across channels, driving market share and profitability.
  • Ensures (monthly) regular reporting on results and development to the BeNeLux GM and proposes concrete actions to be carried out in her/his territory.

Your Impact:

  • Shape and lead the commercial strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Forge and nurture client relationships to expand the client’s footprint.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, particularly in digital evolution and cross-channel management.
  • Drive the performance and development of the sales force, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure financial objectives are met, through meticulous planning and monitoring of sales results.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned professional with at least 10 – 15 years in the technical goods or FMCG sector, including extensive experience in key account management and sales team leadership.
  • A strategic negotiator with a deep understanding of the local retail landscape.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience, with fluency in French, Dutch, and English.
  • An inclusive and assertive leader, with exceptional communication skills and a genuine team spirit.
