Job DescriptionCRA Manager with a Passion for People Management and Clinical Trials ExcellenceClinical trials are fundamental to our business, and ensuring robust oversight and monitoring of these trials is essential. As CRA Manager, you will play a crucial role in upholding the high standards of our company in conducting clinical trials.Working under the supervision of the Head, Site Management and Monitoring, the CRA Manager will be responsible for directly managing a team of 6-14 CRAs. Key responsibilities include efficient allocation of resources and ensuring outstanding performance in trials and at sites, while strictly adhering to local regulations, company SOPs, and ICH GCP.As a line manager, this role is critical in continuously developing and nurturing talent within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong mentoring skills, exhibit a natural ability to lead and inspire others in addition to serving as a role model, consistently demonstrating integrity, accountability, and professionalism.As a CRA Manager, you will work at country level, ensuring alignment and development of country-specific capabilities through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will serve as the Country Point of Contact and represent our department in the Danish Extended Leadership Team.Additionally, as member of our Nordic Baltic Leadership Team, you will actively contribute to the implementation of our overall strategy, driving our continued success, and ensuring the fulfillment of our commitments.About you
