- Verify the identity, age, detect and report cases of document forgery and fraud of German-speaking bank customers via video chat
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and company policies regarding identity verification
- Managing documentation
- Collaborating and reporting to the team manager
- Proficiency in German min. B2
- Knowledge of English min. B1
- Communicativeness
- Easiness in establishing relations
